PRINCE ADEYEMI ADEFULU, MFR.

Prince Adeyemi Adefulu, MFR is a founding member and partner at Odujinrin & Adefulu and has over 33 years experience of legal practice in Nigeria. His core area of practice is commercial litigation and ADR with added expertise in issues relating to Maritime, Aviation, Insurance, Environmental, and Government Relations. It is a mark of his zest, dynamism and multi talent that after having been in legal practice for over 36years, his quest to add to the growth and development of justice administration resulted in the birth of Odade Publishers- a specialist publishing firm which partners with global publishing company, Lexis Nexis. A consummate businessman, professional and administrator, he has served on the Board of several companies including Gateway Bank Plc (which merged with Intercontinental Bank). He is a member of the Boards of Odade Investments Ltd, Broad Street Properties Plc and is the Chairman Orisanmi Investments Ltd and The Law Event Ltd.
Odade Publishers now has other subsidiaries like Mafix Books Ltd, Mafix Digital, Odade Consulting etc. His companies which are on the cutting-edge of technology enjoy partnership with several global information providers like Oxford University Press (OUP), Sweet & Maxwell, Informa, Mcgrawhill, Cengage etc for the advancement of knowledge in Nigeria.

MR. SEYI AKINWUNMI

Mr. Seyi Akinwunmi is a founding member and partner of Akinwunmi & Busari Legal Practitioners which was established in 1993. He attended University of Buckingham (LL.B), Nigerian Law School (B.L) and University of Lagos (LL.M). He has worked as a research counsel at Cooke Potter & Chapman UK, counsel in Ayanlaja & Adesanya Legal Practitioners, and senior associate and Head of Administration at Babalakin & Co.
Mr. Seyi Akinwunmi is a member of several professional bodies and they include the; Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association, Association of Business Recovery Professionals, UK, Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry to mention a few. He is also a founding member and former General Secretary of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN). At various times he has acted as Receiver, Receiver/Manager, Liquidator of Insolvent companies, played lead roles in negotiation between banks and defaulted borrowers and also been included in various significant domestic reorganisations, insolvency, creditor's rights as well as complex corporate insolvency litigation matters. He is currently the chairman of the Lagos Football Association.

MR. OLUWOLE KOYA

Mr. Oluwole Koya is a founding member and partner at Koya & Kuti Solicitors which was founded in January 1994. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in December 1990 and commenced legal practice in February 1991 as an Associate in the Chambers of Ayanlaja, Adesanya & Co. His academic qualifications include; University of Ife (B Sc), University of Ibadan (LL.B) and Nigerian Law School (B.L). He is a member of the International Bar Association, Capital Market Solicitors Association, and Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN). He is a director in several companies which includes; Allied Gas Limited, Chairman, King George VTH Office suites Owners Association, SO&W Procurement Limited to mention a few. His areas of specialisation are Capital Market law, Communication Law, Property Law, Trademark Law, Banking and Corporate Law etc.

MR. ASUE IGHODALO

Mr. Asue Ighodalo is the managing partner of Banwo & Ighodalo, a leading corporate and commercial law practice in Nigeria, which was founded in 1991. He attended University of Ibadan (BSc Economics), London School of Economics & Political Science (LL.B) and Nigerian Law School (BL). Overtime he has advised the Federal Government of Nigeria and several State Governments in connection with Economic Liberalisation and Reform, Privatisation and Infrastructure Development.
He is a member of several professional bodies which includes; Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association, Association of International Petroleum Negotiators to mention a few. Mr. Ighodalo also sits on the Board of several public, private and NGOs including; The Law Event Ltd, Dangote Flour Mills Plc, The Nigerian Economic Summit Group, FATE Foundation, Christopher Kolade Foundation etc. He frequently lectures on issues of "Corporate Governance" and "Directors" Duties & Responsibilities" at the Institute of directors and the Lagos Business School.

MR. ANIEKAN UKPANAH

Mr. Aniekan Ukpanah co-heads Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie's (UUBO) banking and finance teams and heads its project finance, infrastructure and PPP, real estate and intellectual property teams. He advises on the structuring and financing of construction, energy project, hotel, shopping mall, road and railway transactions, the capital and money markets and syndicate loans. He led the UUBO team that advised the preferred bidder for a state sponsored transportation concession, and advised potential lenders in another transportation infrastructure project. He has also acted as local legal adviser in relation to high profile projects including the Euromoney deal of the year in 2003 and 2006 respectively which involved advising various lending syndicates on financing operators in the telecommunications, manufacturing, steel fabrication and power sectors. He also advises investors in the gas sector including one of the largest extractors of natural gas in the world in relation to various Nigerian oil and gas projects. He provides client training and presents papers on security for bank lending, secured credit transactions and legal issues associated with PPP. Slightly outside of his banking and finance focus, Mr. Ukpanah acted as team leader in a World Bank/USAID-funded project to devise a 'road map' to guide foreign investors who wish to invest in Nigeria. He is a member of the governing council of Obong University, the first licensed private university in Akwa Ibom State. He also chairs and serves on the boards of various private limited liability companies.
